We are actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are continuously working to help keep those who rely on our platform healthy and safe.

No contact delivery option.

• Buddies will move your stuff wherever you want.  They can place your items in the garage, front porch or anywhere that makes you feel the most comfortable or safe.

• The Buddy will send a text message when your item is picked up to let you know it's on the way.

• Please let the Buddy know where you would like the item placed, i.e. garage, porch, etc.

• When the Buddy arrives to the delivery location they will send another text message to notify you the item has been delivered and where it was left. 

• Buddies do not share trucks or equipment, which allows us to better control exposure.

 

Keeping you and our Buddies safe

• All Buddies wear masks and adhere to the CDC guidelines at all times.  If you are feeling ill or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive COVID-19 within the past 14 days please consider rescheduling your haul. 

• Likewise if your scheduled Buddy is experiencing symptoms or has been exposed in the past 14 days we will transfer the haul to one of our other highly rated Buddies.

 

Maintain 6ft of distance

• During the haul we ask that you and the Buddies maintain 6ft of distance as per the CDC guidelines.
