We have an approximate 3-4 day waiting period before our trucks can pick up donations
We can only accept items that we can sell at our ReStore.
We can pick up from anywhere on the first floor of your home. Second floor items are accepted on a case by case basis.
We are not able to disassemble furniture items.
Drivers reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our Donation Guidelines.
